I had my first rhinoplasty, and my nose was not an easy nose. In the end, the shape looked strange, and I had revision surgery somewhere else. There are aspects where the technique is a bit old-fashioned. The surgery review photos use Photoshop, so you shouldn’t trust all of them and go ahead with surgery.
