So when I had a consultation at Mighty, what I emphasized most was that I wanted correction focused on the nose shape, not too artificial, with a natural yet defined feel. The director also understood my needs really well and set the plan as silicone for the nasal bridge, autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and nostril reduction together. The consultation was pretty detailed, so I liked it and ended up having surgery. After surgery, the three-dimensional look and overall atmosphere of my face definitely changed a lot, and rather than feeling like my nose just became really high, as I wanted, it feels like the whole thing was smoothly refined! I thought the most important thing was for it to harmonize with my face, and I’m satisfied because it seems to suit me even better than I imagined!
