After under-eye fat repositioning surgery 4 years ago, the area under my eyes is flat, but under the outer corner of my eye (the back part) it sticks out a bit bulgy. To explain more in case it’s confusing, when looking at the eye straight on, from the inner corner to the center is flat, but the area under the outer corner of the eye protrudes convexly.. I wonder if this means the muscle has sagged.. When I look at review photos, they do the central part of the under-eye area nice and flat, but I don’t see surgery cases like mine.. Is this something that can’t be fixed?
