After rhinoplasty, until when do runny nose and nasal congestion last? (Please reply;)

I had rhinoplasty on the 30th. They told me not to remove the gauze packed inside my nose, but on the evening of the surgery day I was so stuffy that I pulled it out. When I first tried to pull it out, it didn’t come out easily and hurt a little, and I was thinking, how far in did they pack this.. as I pulled it out, but both sides came out refreshingly. When I pulled it out, yellow nasal discharge.. came out on it.. The next day I went to the clinic and got scolded. They said the number of cotton pieces packed in my nose was short, and that it seemed like some was still stuck inside my nose.. But when I pulled it out, you know that shape and feeling of it coming out all at once. After pulling it out, I had no foreign-body sensation inside my nose at all. I had separated all the removed cotton pieces, so maybe they got confused about the count. But maybe they were trying to scare me, saying to go to an ENT after 2 weeks and have the inside of my nose checked.. I mean, even if the clinic removed the gauze, they would pull it out the same way.. Whether I pull it out or they pull it out... even though it came out cleanly, if something is still left, how deep did they put it in.. Two days later, both nostrils were wide open and I could breathe well, but on the third day it got blocked again because of nasal discharge.. When I said the congestion was hard, they brought up the cotton again and scared me. Just in case, I’m going to go to the hospital in 2 weeks and get checked. If there is cotton, I’ll have it removed.. If there isn’t, I need to say something. hahahahahahahahahaha Today I went to the clinic for disinfection, and they kept telling me not to touch it too much, over and over, but then the doctor disinfected it, and when I got home I saw blood. It wasn’t like that when I did it myself.. ah, what is this? And it’s the third day since I bought and have been taking medicine from the pharmacy for runny nose and sneezing. It’s so hard that my nose is blocked because of the runny nose. How long does this kind of symptom last People who have had rhinoplasty, please tell me.. At the clinic they say runny nose symptoms can last up to 1 year if long, are they telling me to live like this for 1 year.. The future feels so bleak
