Hi, I’m curious about everyone’s opinions regarding revision rhinoplasty. I’m now about one month post-op after nasal tip surgery, and I only had my nasal tip done using septal cartilage + ear cartilage. After dissolving my filler, the area between my eyebrows looked a bit sunken, so that area was also filled with diced cartilage! In the end, only a really subtle change remains.... First of all, it’s true that my nasal tip became higher, and because of that my bridge line naturally looks more defined, but really, this is... absolutely not something that looks like a surgically done nose... I guess that’s the level of change.... When I take photos, I can feel a bit of a difference, but really, no one around me at all, including my parents... no one notices Friends who know I had surgery say it’s much better than looking obvious or botched, and that only the shortcomings were improved well in a natural way, but from my perspective, considering I thought about it for quite a few years and spent a lot of money to decide on it, the change is really small..... I’m already wondering whether I should get A/S at the 6-month mark... I also wonder if I should have used rib cartilage.. Since it was my first surgery, I was scared and said I didn’t want to use silicone or donated rib cartilage. But I’m so, so disappointed with the result... Is there anyone here who, like me, had their first surgery turn out too natural and then had revision surgery, or is planning to? And if anyone has received A/S by just adding a little cartilage to the nasal tip, or has had A/S using a material like donated rib cartilage, please let me know!
치즈밥 No one notices, but becoming subtly prettier is actually a real success, though... Definitely look into revision surgery only after 6 months. I’ve had rhinoplasty several times, and I recommend leaving autologous costal cartilage as the last resort.
코끝이후가입 I think it would be easier to judge if you uploaded photos of your original nose and current nose together. And if no one notices when you’re only one month post-op,,, I think revision would be better. It’s not even a silicone-gel nose.
밤깜 Ha I have the same concern.. I’m at 2 weeks now, and even my mom doesn’t notice.. Even my husband said, if this was how it was going to be, why on earth did I pay several million won for it.... I had a bulbous nose, so I asked them to make my nose slim.. I cry every day, seriously I think it would be better if it had become too high and I could think of it as swelling and wait until it naturally comes down I’m thinking about A/S too..
iliillilil… It’s so pretty, and there is a difference before and after!! Natural is the best Since there aren’t any side effects either, the risk seems too high to go out of your way to have revision surgery.
꿍ㅎㅁㅎ It’s really, really pretty. If I could go back, I’d do it like you.
trtrt I’m curious about how it turned out too~ If you’re able to share the details, could I ask you to?
run1 Your bridge was originally high, so it seems like they only refined the nasal tip. It’s pretty, so I think you can leave it as is.
캔ㄷl Isn’t becoming naturally prettier the best outcome?
ㅈㄴㄱㄷ No, don’t get revision surgery I really want to have surgery like this too. That “I got my nose done~” kind of feeling is really unnatural and not good. Your original nose was already pretty, so that may be why the difference feels less noticeable.

It's still been less than a year since my nose surgery, But the more I look at it, the more uncertain it feels, and I really want a revision;;; For my first surgery, I tried to keep it as natural as possible, using septal cartilage and ear
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 22 Has anyone had revision rhinoplasty at Gaam?
I’ve lived for 10 years with a nose that looks a bit obvious, to the point where even people seeing me for the first time can tell, so I’m planning to use this Chuseok holiday to get a natural-looking revision surgery. I went to…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 22 Where is the cheapest place to remove nasal silicone..?
I only have silicone in my nose, so I’m looking into removal now, but everywhere I go for consultations, the basic price is 1.7 to 3.5 million won. Even removing only silicone costs this much, so it’s making me feel so disillusioned…

How’s the scar? It’s been a little over 3 months since I had nose revision with autologous costal cartilage, and it has faded a lot. Will it get even lighter than it is now? I had it done at Haㅇㅇd, and the clinic did say it would fade more
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 22 Boundary at the glabella
It seems like a boundary is visible around the bridge of my nose near the glabella. If I replace the silicone, will it get better? If I do it this time, it’ll be a re-revision surgery, my third surgery. Sunmi also seems to have a slightly…
