Dr. ㅇㅎㅂ at ㅇㅇㅌ I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + lower eyelid fat repositioning. I already had double eyelids, but they were thin, unstable layered double eyelids that came undone easily, and I was stressed because the protruding fat under my eyes made me look hollow and tired. After doing a lot of research online, I decided to have surgery right after the consultation. I wanted to get rid of the overlapping creases, but the doctor said that was not possible, and said they would not touch the aegyo-sal and would only reposition the protruding fat into the sunken areas. I am extremely satisfied with the result. The double eyelids are not extremely dramatic, but they became as defined as I wanted, and the line was made slightly longer than my original line, so my eyes seem a bit bigger. Especially for the lower eyelid fat repositioning, it used to be impossible to cover even with makeup, but now it looks flat from any lighting or angle without separate coverage. Also, when I looked up many lower eyelid fat repositioning reviews, I saw a lot of posts saying their aegyo-sal disappeared, but mine stayed exactly the same as before. I used to feel stressed every time I took photos, but I am so satisfied that I wonder why I did not do it sooner
