An acquaintance had their first nose surgery here and recommended it, so after looking into it myself, I found it had a reputation as a clinic that does many revision rhinoplasties and pursues natural shapes, so I went for a consultation. It is near Sinsa Station, located in a building with many clinics gathered together, and the staff, including the consultant, welcomed me warmly, so the first impression was not bad. During the consultation with the director, he reflected the patient's desired needs as much as possible and listened to what I wanted until the end. He showed me reviews with similar feelings to mine and various cases. I especially focused on talking about the shape, and through photos he asked whether I wanted this kind of feel reflected. It was not a vague consultation; overall, he said we should aim for a result that is natural, refined, and sophisticated, which I liked. Using a virtual plastic surgery program: implant insertion + because the nasal tip is slightly upturned, alar rim lowering + septal cartilage (if cartilage is insufficient during surgery, ear cartilage will be used) + when correcting the nasal tip, the columella comes down slightly, so columella lifting + overall surgery to proceed with a straight-with-slight-curve feel. The consultation ended with these details, and the cost, thanks to an acquaintance referral chance, was set at 5.35 million won. I also scheduled the surgery and came home.
