I’m thinking about my 8th revision surgery… I just wish they could make it look like a normal person’s nose, but I guess that’s hard.. After 2 years pass, it becomes pointy, and now I feel like I don’t have any cartilage left to use. My nostrils show a lot too, and every day is really hard. It’s been a long time since I stopped wanting to take photos
