I don’t know if it was because I didn’t look into my first surgery enough, or because I wasn’t careful enough afterward, but the silicone completely bent like / It was so stressful, and there were also some functional issues, so I looked around and went for a consultation. For noses, there was only one doctor, and they took a CT scan and explained everything in detail while looking at it, so I felt I could trust them. They used autologous costal cartilage. My nose didn’t hurt, but the harvest site for the autologous costal cartilage hurt. The pain lasted about 10 days. I like a natural look, so during the consultation I said I wanted the height to be natural and about the same as now, but they said it would inevitably become higher than now, so I accepted that They said it could look too high at first and that swelling at the nasal tip goes down the slowest, so I expected it, but the nasal tip was so, so high that I was shocked But I have to be patient, I guess It does seem to be gradually getting lower, but I think I’ll have to wait until around 4 months. The crookedness of my nose was properly corrected, and I’m very, very satisfied with the front view and think I did the right thing. The functional aspect too, yes. Oh, they also made my uneven nostrils as similar as possible. I’m still satisfied so far, and I hope the swelling at the nasal tip goes down soon.
