The pain right after surgery was tolerable enough. But the next day, I had quite a bit of swelling, so I applied cold/warm compresses often, and after getting a swelling injection at my day-3 appointment, it improved noticeably. After that day, I also went on walks diligently. At first, my wife teased me that I looked like a foreigner, but now that a month has passed, it looks natural like it was originally my nose, and I like both the height and the shape. I did regret the nostril reduction right after surgery, but now I’m very satisfied. However, moving my philtrum is still uncomfortable, so I asked about it, and they said it should get better after some time passes. (When I looked it up, they say nose surgery takes 6 months.) I’m very curious, so every time I visit the clinic, I ask all sorts of questions, but they always explain everything kindly. Thank you so much :)
