I ended up getting rhinoplasty at the end of my 20s. Because my friend got implant-free rhinoplasty at Louvre and it turned out very stylish and pretty, I did not go to consultations at any other clinics and just had a consultation here, then paid the reservation deposit that day. First, the director analyzes the face well and gives kind consultations. The nose I wanted and the nose shape the director recommended were almost identical. Because my chin protrudes a bit and I have a dish-shaped face, I wanted the nasal tip raised a lot, and the director suggested the same shape. Because I had aversion to silicone or implants and was worried about inflammation and contracture, I used autologous costal cartilage, dermis, and ear cartilage. I had hump nose removal, osteotomy, and rhinitis surgery. It was a bit expensive, but insurance covered it anyway, and since the nose is visible on the face, I wanted to do it at a proper place. You are not supposed to take vitamins starting one week before rhinoplasty, but I did not know and took them until two days before lol; everyone else, please do not take them. Anyway, on the day of surgery, my heart was pounding like crazy. I was super scared until I went into the operating room and they trimmed my nose hair, then I got some injection and suddenly fell asleep, and when I started coming to, the surgery was already over. Modern medicine is really amazing. I went for rhinoplasty f/u a total of 3 times. For the first week, there was cotton in my nose, so I had to breathe through my mouth, and it was insanely hard. It felt like I high-fived the grim reaper in hell. From week 2, it became manageable. The staff member at the counter of Louvre Plastic Surgery, with the bright face, clicking heels, and calm manner, was soooooooo kind that I was deeply moved, and the nurse? who disinfected me was also very kind. All the staff felt really nice. It has been one month for now, and I am satisfied with the shape. So far, I am satisfied~ I will leave another review~~~
