Concern About Lower-Eyelid Fat Repositioning

For about a year now, a line like a tear trough has formed under my eyes, and my eyes look sunken, so I wondered if I should get lower-eyelid fat repositioning. I went to consultations at about 3 places. Among them, 2 places were clinics that do lower-eyelid fat repositioning in the standard way? But both of those 2 places said there’s nothing to do yet.. They said they could do it, but I wouldn’t notice a difference. (They said what feels like a tear trough is just how my skin is, and there’s no solution) After hearing that, I started thinking that rather than having a lot of fat, maybe the fat is actually sunken instead.. Right now I’m considering anterior cheek filler, but I’m worried that if I get lower-eyelid fat repositioning later, I might have to remove the anterior cheek filler. On the other hand, I also wonder if getting anterior cheek filler might improve the tear-trough-like line.. Would it be better not to get filler and instead deal with the lower-eye issue later?
