Is there anyone whose columella protrudes because of scar tissue on the nose…? I’m seriously so stressed. I don’t want to have surgery again, but I don’t think laser treatment would work, so I don’t know what to do And on top of that, I’ve had this scar tissue removed about 3 times, but it keeps coming back..

No matter how much I keep asking, they only say it’s because it’s been 6 months+ swelling anyway

Reader 4 I had nose surgery 2 years ago too, and next to my columella there’s something hard and round that seems like scar tissue. You can’t see it from the front, but if you look from slightly below or from the side, you can see it protruding, so I’ve been stressed about it for the whole 2 years. I looked into laser, removal surgery, and so on a lot, but they said next to the columella it’s likely not scar tissue but protruding cartilage, so this time I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty again. Ha... I’m so stressed to the point of developing social anxiety, so this time I’m just going to look for a place that’s good at revision surgery
