My first nose surgery review after working up the courage.. please take a look

Not make the whole thing high, but add dimension only where needed so it looks natural After getting consultations at a few places, I learned that the material that suited me was autologous costal cartilage, so I looked into autologous costal cartilage They said not everyone can use it, and it can only be used if the cartilage has not hardened. But there was no way to check that in advance, so I wondered if I would just have to use donated costal cartilage. But I really hated the idea of spending money on something I truly didn’t want... so I searched with gritted teeth Then I found one place that does X-rays, went there, and got a CT and X-ray A human victory.. It really was such a long, winding process... The result was that they said I could use autologous costal cartilage, and they actually also told me it would be good to use costal cartilage to make the nasal tip support sturdy, so I decided to build up the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage I asked them to make it connect naturally and softly toward the columella, and the director kept checking the shape with Photoshop and changing the nose design so the nose shape I wanted would come out I really liked the final photo, and since we adjusted the shape while looking at the screen together, I think the director also got a sense of what I wanted On the day of surgery, I was honestly shaking so much that I considered just treating the deposit as lost money and canceling, but I worked up the courage and had the surgery. After surgery, I think I got home in a complete daze. The consultant kept telling me things, but maybe because I had the splint on, I was just out of it and nothing went into my ears.. Go with a guardian if possible.. I removed the splint in week 1, and honestly all I could see was bruising. Because of the swelling, I wondered if this was really my nose, but after about 2 weeks, the bruising gradually faded and a lot of the swelling went down, so I could see the line a bit But my skin was seriously terrible It was so oily..... It’ll get better if I get care treatments, right? The minor swelling started going down from around one month, and (this is just my personal opinion) I felt it went down in the order of the nasal bridge -> nasal tip. Maybe because of that, I think the movement of my philtrum will become more natural around the two-month mark. Still, they say some people feel awkward for up to half a year, but I think this is pretty normal.. And even considering the swelling, I do think the nose shape is settling the way the director designed it But I’m still not sure whether it only looks that way because the minor swelling makes it look smooth. I think I need to keep watching it a bit longer.
