The director explains very well, gently and kindly, in a soft, calm manner. They explained while drawing the nose shape over the CT image and recommended materials accordingly. They said that if I wanted to be ambitious about nasal height, I could go with costal cartilage, and if I wanted to go moderately and safely, I could use septal cartilage + ear cartilage. They said that if I went moderately, there would not be side effects such as cartilage show-through or a severe step-off... so I started wanting to do it here. Maybe it is that I want to trust them..
