I want to get philtrum reduction together with nose surgery

I did it that way... hmm... I’ll say I don’t recommend it... If you’re confident you can accept the scar, or if it’s that much of a complex for you, then I recommend it

Philtrum reduction has a good effect. I was worried about scarring too and got it done, but after time passes, it’s barely noticeable

I was interested in philtrum reduction at one point too.. But after seeing the scars, my interest disappeared instantly lol. My scars already tend to show up really white
