The clinic told me to sleep lying flat on my back, so I’ve kept sleeping that way until now. Even though sleeping like that is uncomfortable, I can tolerate it to some extent, but when I lie in bed and use my phone while lying flat on my back, it really puts too much strain on my arms. I’m going crazy because I want to turn onto my side and use my phone. Everyone, how long after double eyelid surgery did you start lying on your side in daily life??
