Honestly, the step-off I originally had because of my hump nose bothered me, and the biggest stress was that my nose looked different from every angle. But after surgery, now my nose looks the same from any angle. It has not even been that long since the surgery, but the line has settled well, and I asked for it to be close to straight, and it came out exactly that way, so I am satisfied. I think this nose procedure is not awkward at all even for men and looks natural, so I would recommend it!
