I saw it on YouTube and made a reservation almost like fighting for a canceled ticket, and succeeded... (I called several times) Among the places I visited for consultations, they explained things in the most convincing way. They explained step by step what my eyes were like and which surgery was needed for what reason, and kept checking whether I understood. They looked busy, but kindly asked until the end if I had any questions, so I was able to ask more than I did during consultations at other clinics.
