If you just showed those two photos without mentioning medial epicanthoplasty restoration and asked, "How is it?" unless the person is sensitive to plastic surgery, they'd probably think they're the same photo? In conclusion, if a tiny difference in impression like that bothers you, then unless the medial epicanthoplasty restoration result is 100% perfect, I think you'll get stressed again and start thinking about surgery again At that level, I think you can just accept it and live with it.
