It’s already been 6 months since my nose surgery~ Time really flies. My nasal bridge was originally a bit low, and my side profile looked flat, so every time I took photos, something felt lacking.. My glasses also kept sliding down, which was stressful. So I went around for consultations at several places, and I decided to go ahead because the director at Edition Plastic Surgery explained well what kind of line would suit my face shape. Rather than something too high, they recommended an elegant yet natural line because my face is round, and that’s what we proceeded with. I had already posted a review at the 1-month mark, and back then, some swelling had gone down so I was fairly satisfied, but the nasal tip felt a bit blunt and not fully settled yet. Because the swelling had not fully gone down, my nose also felt a bit upturned. At that time, I also thought it would need more time to settle. Still, except for about the first 1-2 weeks, there was almost no bruising or pain, so recovery was smooth. But now it’s really different! Now that it’s been 6 months, most of the remaining swelling has gone down, and the nasal tip has become much sharper (it doesn’t show well in the photos). The line connecting to the nasal bridge also blends naturally, so now it doesn’t look obvious at all and suits my face perfectly. The line became higher in a very sophisticated way, but because it looks natural, people who didn’t know I had surgery say it just looks like my original face lol As for care, in the beginning I had to be careful when smiling and there was a little tightness, but now nothing bothers me. There’s no problem when exercising either, and in terms of care, maybe just cold compresses at the beginning? Other than that, there wasn’t really anything to worry about. However, you do need to be careful with alcohol and intense exercise! Honestly, even up to the 1-month mark, I was half excited and half worried, but now I’m satisfied every time I look in the mirror haha. Only my nose changed, but I feel like my overall vibe is much different than before. If anyone wants to change naturally, but still noticeably, try waiting at least half a year! I’m satisfied with my results now, and thinking that it’ll settle even more and get prettier makes me even more excited for no reason :)
