First, the eyes I wanted were eyes where the double eyelid feeling would show slightly from the inner corner, with a thin and even double eyelid thickness. Since it was my first surgery, I absolutely wanted it to look natural, so I was thinking of an inline or a very low in-out line when I started consultations. My original eye condition was that my eye-opening strength was weak and I used my forehead muscles a lot to open my eyes, but still about 70% of the pupil was visible. When I had the consultation, the director recommended an inline. The director’s explanation was more detailed than at other clinic consultations, so I decided to have surgery here. Consultation details: The right eye is about 1 mm smaller than the left eye. The right side is slightly sunken, and the left side protrudes. To match symmetry precisely, incisional ptosis correction is needed, and with non-incisional ptosis correction, there is a high chance it will loosen and the difference would not be dramatic, so there is no need to take on side-effect risks by doing ptosis correction unnecessarily. Instead, symmetry will be matched with the double eyelid line (design the left side slightly higher); it is not ptosis, the amount of the dark iris visible is also normal, and there is no major issue with the line forming, so non-incisional surgery is possible. It has now been 3 years since the surgery, and the inline has settled so beautifully. The surgery turned out so natural that no one can tell I had it done! I’m living completely satisfied.
