I'm So Frustrated I Could Explode

I had nose surgery in March. They did osteotomy, columella lowering, 5 mm silastic, septoplasty, and ear cartilage. But after the surgery, my nose was so long and so high, and I wanted a half-upturned nose shape, but it was almost like a Greek line nose. People used to tell me I looked like Gain before the surgery. But after the surgery, my image changed completely, and my face was already a bit on the long side, so once they lengthened my nose, it looked even longer and I was going crazy. When I asked, they said they absolutely did not do any lengthening.. But anyone could see it was a nose that had been lengthened. So this month on the 18th, I had the removal surgery at another hospital. But even after the removal, my nose still looked long And the doctor said that it had been lengthened.. I'm furious. It was apparently made with costal cartilage donated by another person too. They did that to me without my consent. I got so angry I called the previous hospital, and they said they had never lengthened anything, only lowered the columella.. And they also said they didn't use anything that can't be used by the human body, just costal cartilage.. What should I do? Does anyone here know exactly how a lengthening surgery is performed? And there’s a bone right under the nose, right? Before surgery, it wasn’t lowered like this.. What I keep thinking after surgery is that the bone supporting the nose seems to have moved down more than before surgery. That’s just how it feels to me.. Is that the support structure? Is it because they didn't remove that? Once you have a lengthening surgery, can it really not be reversed? I really want to blow up that previous hospital.. Trash hospital.. What should I do..
