In the past, I only had alar reduction and cartilage suturing, and didn’t put in anything like silicone. This time I’m planning to get nose surgery, but would that be considered revision surgery..? There seems to be a big price difference between revision surgery and a first rhinoplasty.. I’m trying to request a consultation through an app, so I should choose revision surgery, right..? I should’ve just had surgery with cartilage put in from the start back then
