It’s been about a year and a half since my first nose surgery, but I don’t like the nasal line, and the nasal tip has drooped… I feel like I just went ahead with my first surgery without really knowing much, so I’m considering a revision. I want a pretty side profile, so I’m looking into getting forehead fat grafting at the same time. Does anyone roughly know the cost?? Mmmkkk I did both my nose and forehead fat grafting too, but I didn’t do them at the same hospital, so I don’t know how much it would be if done together But for fat grafting, don’t go somewhere that uses frozen fat; definitely go somewhere that does PRP fresh fat.. That way the engraftment rate is different and it turns out much more natural I did it this way at SG, and my friend did frozen fat, but mine looks way more natural
