Breast Surgery Reviews

At ㄷㅌ, with Motiva Preservé Mini 185cc and 220cc…

It’s only been one day since surgery, but I’m writing this because I’m starting to like it more and more lol First of all, my goal was a natural feel and size that would flow and spread naturally, and absolutely never look obvious whether I’m standing or lying down, only making people wonder, “Is it…?” or suspect a little. Height 168 / 57 kg Rib cage 75 / pigeon chest with protruding ribs Breast base 12.5 I had a large bone structure but almost no fat, and even though I’d already had fat grafting several times, I still didn’t get the breasts I wanted. Since I had gained some fat in my own way, I thought maybe if I put in small implants it wouldn’t look obvious? I think I just debated about it for a year. First, over ten years ago, I had dual-plane + Mentor Smooth implants. When standing, they felt nice if I touched them lightly, but when I lay down, since I had no fat at all, they were literally like rice bowls. And because smooth implants have a slippery surface, when I grabbed my breasts, the implants would run away(?) or slide around, and that stressed me out so much. Is it just me?? When I lay down, the implants moved around inside the breast pocket here and there, and they were so firm that they looked really obvious. Only the lower part of my breasts had glandular tissue so it was soft, while the upper part felt no different from touching muscle. So I completely ruled out dual-plane placement under the muscle. I thought if they were placed under the very thin fascia, it would feel softer and less tight than touching muscle. While searching for subfascial placement, I ended up only looking for clinics that mainly do subfascial well, and I went for a consultation at ㄷㅌ. They said I had enough tissue thickness, so subfascial placement was possible. They also said that if I wanted the very small volume I preferred, I would need Preservé, where the tissue is spread open and the implant is inserted without dissecting with a knife. It cost more, but I absolutely hated the idea of large breasts and wanted pretty, voluminous breasts that definitely looked natural, so I went in thinking of Motiva Mini 150cc and 170cc. But since my rib cage is wide they stopped me, saying my breasts would look too cramped, so I ended up getting 185cc and 220cc. I went to consultations elsewhere too, but ultrasound consultations were too expensive and they didn’t give detailed consultations. At ㄷㅌ, the director explained everything in great detail, showed me a 3D simulation, did an ultrasound, let me try on sizers, took photos, drew the design, and checked everything. I prefer a director at a private clinic who works with pride and perfectionism over a rough, factory-style clinic, so I ultimately chose this place. Same day I think I won the painless lottery. It didn’t hurt at all? Since I previously had dual-plane, I also had repair surgery for the split pectoralis major muscle, but there wasn’t much pain, so I think I went into surgery at 11 and came home around 2 or 3. But rather than the feeling of having implants in, it throbbed like my muscle had been stitched, and it went away after I took Taxen. Then when I got home, I thought, ah, I should’ve put in 170cc, because they looked too big They can’t look obvious... And since I was wearing the compression band, they felt so firm, so I just kept worrying like crazy, thinking this is bad, this is bad. But when I took off the compression band and touched them, since I originally had some of my own fat too, they were softer than I expected, and because I put in a small size, my breast tissue didn’t feel pulled and they were fairly soft lol Still, while the taping is on, they are firm. Day 1 Visited the clinic to get SmartLux and CAPS. If I do this, I’ll recover faster, right?? And other than the taping, there isn’t much discomfort in my breasts. Looking today, they look less big than yesterday, so one worry has eased. Also, from the side, it already kind of looks like I can see the folded UU line of the lower breast like natural breasts, and I’m wearing an EXA night bra over the taping, and it holds everything overall, so it’s comfortable. And when I touch them through the sleep bra, they also feel soft, so I’m satisfied. hehe Since they’re Motiva Mini, the implant height is only 2.7 cm, so when I lie down, they get relatively flat.. lol During my first surgery they were about 3.5 cm, so they were high and looked like rice bowls. Anyway, I’ll upload photos and come back to write another review when the taping is removed!!
