I visited for the purpose of removing cellulite on my upper arms and thighs. The director looked at my thighs and said cellulite at this level could not be removed and that there was no need to do the procedure, so the procedure was refused(?). They recommended 4 sessions of body-line injections for my upper arms, so I proceeded with that. First, if you tolerate injections well, it doesn't hurt much. I tolerate them well, so it was manageable. It was just about an "Oh, that stings!" feeling when injected into softer skin areas. There is much more solution than I expected... So it wasn't like a regular injection; it was more like an IV-level amount divided into about 50 injections sprayed all over the arms. Because the solution had been refrigerated, I could feel it rushing in and feel the coldness of the solution There was a lot of solution, and it felt like they were trying to do it quickly, so there were painful parts as the solution went in a bit fast. Honestly, it would be fair to say I saw absolutely no effect. I'm slightly underweight, so I had checked with the director whether it would be effective even for an underweight person like me, and they said models get it the most, for areas like upper-arm fat that won't go away. But I didn't see any effect... More than anything, the bruising was so, so severe... Almost immediately after getting it, I had bruises like after a traffic accident. Before the procedure, the director said bruising would occur and would disappear within 2 weeks, but for me it took over a month, and I couldn't even imagine wearing short sleeves. If it had been just mild bruising, I would have been okay too, but there were seriously a lot of completely black and purple bruises. From the second session, I had what felt like lumps along with really serious-looking bruises in various places, so I was so shocked that I visited the hospital, but the director just said, "Ah~ it's a hematoma~ it'll go away~"... If a hematoma formed from injections, isn't that kind of serious? It really seemed like hematomas formed in areas that were jabbed a bit hastily while giving many injections quickly, so I felt upset.. I thought it would not have happened if they had injected more carefully. About a month later, I visited another body plastic surgery clinic, and they were surprised, saying they had really never seen bruising this severe before... Even though I tolerate injections well, while receiving 4 sessions, it was hard to get that many injections again in areas bruised this much Still, if there had at least been an effect, I would have felt it was all bearable, but since there was no effect either, well...
