It's been about four years since my nose surgery. Back then, the trend was a pointed, high nose line. I just raised the bridge too high even though it didn’t suit me, and made the tip too inset too... You can tell right away it’s a post-op nose right now At first, it was nice because the nose was higher, but over time, the nose stuck out too much on my face. The skin on my nose became very thin Even if it’s not visible through the skin, my skin was already thin, and I think lifting it that high made it even thinner. Lately I’m drawn to natural-looking noses. I want to lower the bridge and tip just a little and go toward a straight-line look... So I’m looking into revision surgery, and since I should be more careful than the first time, I’m really torn.. I’m planning to go to places in Gangnam, Sinsa, and Apgujeong, and I want to align the route. First, in the Gangnam area I checked some reviews for ㅂㄹㅇ ㅌㅋㄹㅅ ㅍㄴㅅ and it seemed okay, so I bookmarked it. For Sinsa, I only put down ㅍㄹㅇㅂ and ㅇㅇ for now (the lead surgeon’s consultation was delayed so much that I’m thinking about Dr. Park). I don’t know where I should go in Apgujeong I’m curious whether the people here who had surgery got good results, and I’d be really grateful if you could share roughly how much revision surgery costs too!! I’m considering autologous costal cartilage, but after consultation, if donated rib cartilage is also okay, I’ll consider that too!
라보부 I only visited ㅌㅋㄹㅅ once. Reviews are important too, but I think consultation is the most important—you should check carefully whether your aesthetic sense matches the surgeon’s.

Looking into revision surgery is really confusing and hard, but I hope you investigate well and have a successful outcome.
