OM The Door Item I'm planning to use autologous costal cartilage. Is there anyone here who used autologous costal cartilage at one of those places and is more than 1 year post-op? I'm curious whether the nasal tip is being maintained well. For my first surgery, they only used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and they said my skin stretches well, but back when I had it done, using costal cartilage wasn't really the trend? So I just naturally did it that way, but the drooping is definitely pretty noticeable
bliss혜수 I haven't had it done, but I did see that autologous costal cartilage maintains the best.. If I end up going to the second clinic, I'll ask about costal cartilage too. Even though it would be my first surgery, if they say autologous costal cartilage definitely has good staying power, I'm also thinking of going with that... I think I'll get a feel for it once I go..

정qwer Right, I used ear cartilage for my first surgery too, and it really drooped easily My friend used septal cartilage and then her nasal tip became crooked, so she also had revision with costal cartilage, and I also had revision rhinoplasty at Finish with autologous costal cartilage.. The nasal bridge is crooked; the nasal tip seems to be coming down more and more, and every time I look in the mirror it feels like it's dropping little by little..;;;; I should've just used costal cartilage from the start I'm looking at An Plastic Surgery, Be The New, and It's B, but aside from whether they're good with costal cartilage; they need to have lots of reviews for contracture and crooked noses.
