I'm around day 45 after rhinoplasty. It suddenly swelled up, and although it has gone down compared to this photo, it feels like it has swollen back up to almost around the 1-week mark. Recently, the nasal tip and bridge suddenly became lower, and every time I woke up in the morning it was quite swollen. When I washed or irritated it, the nasal tip often turned red, but it did go back to normal after a few minutes. Today I didn't sleep much and worked, so it got to that state. I don't drink or smoke. This photo was taken 4 hours after waking up. When I press the silicone area on the left side of my nasal bridge, I can feel inside the nose? Is it an empty space? Could inflammation have occurred in the empty space?
