There was some pressure to have surgery, and I was a bit scared after hearing that they would use septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but if it was insufficient, they might also open costal cartilage. Shouldn't they do a CT scan and understand that to some extent in advance.. The pressure to book was also too severe, so I'm planning to remove it from my consultation list.
