I went for a consultation a few days ago, and they only recommended the parts they thought were necessary. They really just said exactly what needed to be said and wrapped it up, but the cost was better than I expected. Especially since he’s known for implant-free surgery, they put implant removal as the first priority, then either filling in the step-off, or if I wanted, slightly raising the nasal bridge with ear cartilage particles. The line they showed me with Photoshop felt like it only supplemented the parts my natural nose needed, so I’m really leaning that way? For now, I’ve only been to two hospitals, and I honestly told them I’d go to more consultations and then decide whether to put down a deposit before leaving. After I get back from an overseas trip next month, I’m planning to seriously go around looking for revision surgery hospitals, but part of me feels like if this is a hospital that consults this conscientiously, I’d gladly spend my time and money going there. At the same time, I also wonder what if all the consultations are so good that they just give me more to worry about.. haha That got way too long…!!! Anyway, what I wanted to say is that if anyone had implant-free surgery at ㅂㅇㅇ and is doing well, I’d like to exchange opinions. And in case anyone’s curious, the first hospital recommended going back toward my natural nasal bridge (just filling in the step-off)! But there were a lot of reviews saying their aesthetic sense was lacking, so the second place I went to, ㅂㅇㅇ, really caught my attention.

I only said that I wanted to get my nose done, but maybe the director thought a natural change would suit my face better, because I only received a consultation for closed rhinoplasty, and they quoted 2.92 million won (an extra 500,000 won if temporalis fascia is included). Honestly, I think I’ll probably get it done at VN.. But since it’s my first surgery, I’m wondering a bit whether I should look into it more
