<Before><After><After>A 2-week post-op review of surgery I received from Director Kim In-sang at Bㅇㅇ Clinic! I decided to have surgery because my nose bridge was very low starting from the glabella and my nose looked too broad. The procedures I received were Kojelko for the nasal tip, silicone for the nasal bridge, and cartilage tying. I had 4 mm of silicone inserted, and for the ear cartilage, they used all of it from one side and half from the other ear. Actually, I was scared of implants so I wasn’t going to put one in, but my nose was so low that... I just went ahead with it. I originally wanted alar base reduction too, but they recommended that cartilage tying alone would likely be enough, so I didn’t do it. The clinic was clean, and the people who did the consultation were kind. Since it was my first surgery, I was scared and often asked questions via KakaoTalk before the surgery, and they answered everything kindly. On the day of surgery, it was done under sedation, and when I closed my eyes and opened them again, it was just over. I lay down in the recovery room for a bit, came to my senses, listened to the instructions one more time, and went home. Maybe because they didn’t put cotton in my nose, I didn’t really feel uncomfortable. Both ears were wrapped in bandages. That evening, when the anesthesia wore off, my nose and ears suddenly felt a bit throbbing. But after eating and taking painkillers, it got better. For a week, my face didn’t really swell, and I didn’t get bruising on my face either.. I had looked up tons of YouTubers’ nose surgery reviews before getting surgery, so it was interesting because it definitely wasn’t like the YouTubers’ reviews where the face swells up a lot, gets bruised, or the nose and ears hurt like crazy. When I saw Bㅇㅇ Kojelko reviews on another app too, many said there was no pain, so I wondered if that was really true, but after actually having the surgery myself, the pain really wasn’t severe. The swelling was just enough that my eyes looked a little closer together. It was so hot that I didn’t even go for walks or anything, and I just diligently did warm/cold compresses. When the splint came off, I was very satisfied for now. I could visibly see that I had a nose bridge, and I really liked that it became prettier without looking obviously like I had nose surgery. It’s not like my nose suddenly became as high as an idol’s nose, but compared to my original nose, there’s definitely a clear change. If you want a glamorous nose, I don’t recommend this place, but if you want to become somehow prettier in a natural way, I really strongly recommend it... It’s really hard to even book a consultation right now, but I think it’s worth waiting for!! I’m at week 2 now, and there’s no nasal tip dropping or anything, and it’s not uncomfortable when I sleep. I don’t feel any foreign-body sensation. But you do need to be a bit careful when yawning.. Anyway, overall I’m extremely satisfied!!
