It’s been about 5 years since my surgery, but my nose is such an arrow-shaped nose. When I smile broadly, it looks even worse than in this photo I think my nasal tip is slightly drooping too.. My nostrils also look big... I’m thinking of revision surgery because I want to change the shape. Is there a clinic that’s good at this? The high-end nose reviews looked pretty, but is this place okay for an arrow-nose look too? Brokers, get lost, seriously. Also, I previously used ear cartilage and silicone, so if I use autologous costal cartilage, will the nasal tip become a bit more defined and pretty? I like the line too, a totally straight-looking line..ㅗ
