I thought a lot about it because I was getting orthodontic treatment as an adult but the conclusion is, although it is not finished yet, I am very satisfied My teeth were uneven enough that I had a complex when smiling so I am very satisfied now, and I would be okay even if I have to wear a retainer for life haha Also, I had a slight protruding mouth, and that has gone in too, so my side profile looks prettier and my face feels more balanced I had all 4 premolars extracted and used metal brackets. I actually like it because it looks hip The downside is that my face does look slightly peanut-shaped, but I am just planning to get a little cheek filler for that
