If there was a real problem, it was that my personal satisfaction was low 1. By my standards, my nose didn’t look very high 2. The bulbous nose still seemed to be there..... I got nose surgery because of the bulbous nose, but I was still trying to change it by doing intense nose contour shading, so every time I did my makeup, reality hit me hard 3. To my eyes, I was so dissatisfied that I thought about it several times a day, so I ended up getting revision surgery The criteria I used to choose the revision surgery clinic were 1. Not a factory-style clinic (I learned my lesson a bit from my first surgery.. Even if the cost was high, it had to be a private clinic + they had to carefully look after each patient before and after surgery) 2. Experience was a must-check!!!! I regretted not checking this properly for my first surgery too.. Everyone, make sure you check it 3. A place whose aesthetic sense matched mine 4. A well-known place (it was hard to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait..) The clinic where I had surgery met all the criteria I mentioned, and I felt good about it during the consultation too. Even after surgery, I kept getting follow-up checks, and I never once lost contact with the consultant, so communication with the clinic was really good This time, I had revision rhinoplasty using autologous costal cartilage, and until days 2~3, it hurt so much.. I don’t know if it was just me, but especially when I laughed, I felt like I was on my way to the afterlife.. I tried as much as possible not to put strain on my abdomen, and once I got somewhat used to that, now my mouth felt so dry and stuffy But what was really fascinating for me was that I didn’t have much swelling from the beginning.. Because of this, I looked up other reviews too, and there were many people who, like me, had little swelling during revision surgery and recovered quickly? Is it a difference in skill, or is revision surgery just compatible with my constitution; Anyway, if there’s no swelling, that’s a plus for me, so after removing the splint, I seriously went around everywhere just fine From then on, I diligently applied ointment to manage the scar, tried not to accidentally hit my nose, and until the one-month mark I felt a slight foreign-body sensation, but after that it was okay!! It’s now been over three months since surgery, and my satisfaction is approaching almost 100%.. My nose, let’s stay together for a long, long time.......
