<Before nose surgery><After nose surgery><Before eye surgery><After eye surgery><After eye surgery>When I looked at photos or in the mirror, my nasal tip looked low, so I tried nose filler and thread lifting too, but because of the cost, the maintenance period, and because they couldn’t meet the needs I wanted, after thinking about it, I eventually decided to have surgery at Mighty. I had a slight hump, and my nose was overall large and wide with a bulbous shape, so I wanted to clean it up neatly lol I looked around several communities, but there wasn’t anywhere quite like this community. I think I got a lot of help here.. I told Director Park Jeong-heum that I wanted the nasal tip to be sharp but not too high, and that instead of a masculine straight line, I wanted a straight-with-a-slight-curve look close to a straight line. I also heard explanations about other implants, but autologous costal cartilage suited the parts I wanted well, so I decided to proceed with autologous costal cartilage. For reference, I didn’t use an implant, and while correcting my bulbous nose, hump, and deviated nose, I also had osteotomy done. For the eyes, it was revision surgery, and because the inner corners of my eyes looked stuffy and I wanted them to look a bit bigger, I had epicanthoplasty and incisional ptosis correction. Especially when I took videos, my eyes looked small and didn’t have a defined look, so I feel like it was a good decision to do it together with the nose surgery lol Now a lot of the residual swelling has gone down, so it has become quite natural, and more than anything, it used to feel like only my nose stood out on my face, but now I like that the balance between my eyes and nose seems to fit well.. I mostly just lurk, but thanks to everyone who left a lot of information about various things, I think I was able to have a successful surgery.
This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural-yet-defined look.
