My nasal bridge wasn’t completely flat, but my nostrils/alar base were spread out, so it ruined my whole image. Since it was my first surgery, autologous costal cartilage felt like too much, and I wanted it to look natural anyway, so ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used. From right after surgery until now, I haven’t had any side effects or discomfort, and it turned out naturally without an artificial look. Friends I met after a long time complimented me, saying my impression and new nose suit each other well without looking out of place lol Thank you so, so much to the plastic surgery clinic director who gave me a natural but handsome nose that matched my needs!! I saw a lot of men going there, and now I get why lol
