Both the doctor and the consultation manager were extremely kind and explained things well. I haven’t had consultations at other hospitals yet, but this place seemed to provide more thorough follow-up care than other places. What was disappointing was that since it was my first consultation, I hadn’t prepared the things I was curious about or questions.
