I had a consultation for facial liposuction with Director Moon Hye-young at Saegim Plastic Surgery. First of all, the clinic facilities were very nice and clean, so my first impression was decent. During the consultation, I told the director that my biggest concern was the anterior cheek area, and she smiled and said she could remove a little if I wanted. I also mentioned the deep cheek area, but she said that area couldn’t be done and recommended thread lifting instead. Overall, rather than giving the impression of “I’ll definitely remove a lot,” she seemed to pursue a natural-looking style. Also, before the consultation, they took photos, and they had me lower my head to intentionally create a double chin, then proceeded with the consultation while looking at that photo. Since it felt like even fat I don’t normally have was being emphasized, I didn’t really like that part. The director’s skills themselves seemed good, but what I want is definitely more on the side of removing a lot of fat, so I felt that her style didn’t quite match mine. Also, because I went around to three clinics for consultations on revision facial liposuction, and only Saegim had an additional revision surgery fee, that part was disappointing too.
