For a first nose surgery, these days most places easily go over the high 4 million won range even if you only do the nasal tip, so I thought 3 million won was very cheap and was a bit surprised.. But during the consultation, they didn’t take a CT scan and just concluded silicone and ear cartilage, so I’m not sure if they consistently recommend the silicone-cartilage combination like that.
