The waiting time wasn't that long, and the manager consulted with me. She pointed out the lacking parts well and explained the surgical method in detail. I then consulted with the doctor, who kept asking what else I wanted to add and whether I had any questions. He also recommended things I hadn't even thought of and explained everything in great detail, which I liked.
