Review of H in a community

This was my first nose surgery, and I had never had any procedures or fillers at all. I received implant-free rhinoplasty, but my nasal bridge completely collapsed and my nasal tip became crooked. Starting from Guk Won-seok, I went to a university hospital and several other clinics, and their diagnoses were all largely the same. The nasal bridge has collapsed, the nasal septum is deviated to one side, and reconstruction with autologous costal cartilage is needed. One clinic looked at my original nose and then my operated nose and sighed, asking why they had also shaved away the nasal bridge like this. At a nose removal clinic, they said this is not a case for removal but one that needs reconstruction, and since their clinic does not use costal cartilage, I should go to a clinic that handles costal cartilage. I still have the preoperative non-face-to-face consultation video. They said the nasal tip would be enough with just a slight use of ear cartilage, and since there was a slight hump, they only needed to slightly shave down the protruding part. But instead of shaving the nasal bridge, they completely knocked it away with an osteotome, and they operated using nasal septal cartilage instead of ear cartilage. After surgery, the doctor’s attitude made it seem like I was someone who had ruined surgery at another clinic and then came to his clinic. I really have a lot to write, but I’ll stop here. Please, if you are planning to have surgery at this clinic, think about it one more time. I’m writing this because I was living a normal life, then had surgery at this clinic and fell into ruin, and I hope no more victims like me are created.
