It seems like they do only the minimum. For no-implant rhinoplasty, they use septal cartilage. Because it’s a long nose But my nasal septum is deviated, and there wasn’t much mention of that part, so I’m keeping it on hold It’s nice because it’s natural, but considering it’s open rhinoplasty, I also feel like the nose may be too natural.
