I had double eyelid surgery here 5 years ago, but one eye came undone and severe scar tissue formed. The director said he would provide after-service at a very low price, but I couldn't trust a hospital that had failed once, and more than anything, the consultation manager handled things so rudely that I never wanted to go back. I had a problem with the skin around my eyes, so I said I just wanted to see the director and get another consultation, but they prepared for surgery on their own, and when I said I wouldn't do it that day, they made it very obvious they were displeased, didn't answer my questions properly, and snapped at me. Their handling of a patient who had a problem at that hospital was terrible.
