Eye Surgery Considerations

Breast surgery consultation review from this community

This is a review after going for a consultation because I was considering breast surgery. I had only been looking up information online, but after actually receiving a consultation, it definitely felt different. The director personally did the consultation, so I felt trust, and instead of simply explaining implants, they explained combinations based on my body type, so it was easy to understand. Regarding the line I was considering, the difference in cup size, and my worries about how it would feel to the touch, they explained with reasons, like “under these conditions, these kinds of changes may occur,” so the consultation itself felt like a conversation rather than one-sided persuasion. They explained the selection criteria while reflecting my skin thickness, ribcage width, and condition. In particular, I liked that they guided me on the actual feel when touched, recovery speed, and even the type of compression garment I would need to wear after surgery. They did not act annoyed by my questions and explained each one in detail, so I was left feeling like I had received a good consultation. They also spoke honestly about the surgical process and anesthesia-related details, which made me feel more reassured. However, perhaps because the hospital is run by one doctor, the lobby was crowded with patients, and there was a bit of a wait. Once I entered the consultation room, they secured enough time and responded properly, so overall it was a satisfying consultation.
