I only shaved down the protruding part and had an osteotomy~ haha My nose was originally high.. so I thought it would look strange if it got any higher, so I didn't put in an implant haha The tip too! haha For those with a hump and a big nose.. high nose? If you want it natural, just have it shaved down! Cases like this are rare, so I'm posting this for everyone here to use as a reference~ haha (There is a typo in the photo.. There is a very slight contour irregularity..)
