Opinions on whether fat grafting was needed varied so much depending on the doctor that I was confused, but the director said whether fat grafting is necessary can only be known after surgery, and that at first he absolutely would not do it. He had that clear standard, so I trusted him, and I also liked that the consultation was detailed. During the first week, I couldn’t really tell because of swelling, but from the second week it got a bit better, and I like it because the wrinkles seem improved compared with before. They said it generally settles from after 1 month onward, so I think I need to wait a bit longer.
