After breast surgery, my worries are... over!

I’m a Pilates instructor, so after surgery I still had to teach classes, and fast recovery was the most important thing for me! So I had breast surgery through an inframammary incision~ I heard recovery is a bit faster if it’s done through an inframammary incision! In reality, the clinic took such good care of me with aftercare, so the swelling and pain were much less than I expected. It’s been a while since the surgery now, and I’m teaching classes without any problems! The teachers I work with saw my body and asked where I had the surgery, saying they wanted to get a consultation too, so I shared all the clinic info with them lol Honestly, before surgery, no matter how hard I exercised, I still felt something was lacking in my figure.. Especially because I lacked upper-breast volume, it felt like my overall balance was off? But after breast surgery, that dissatisfaction completely disappeared! If you have a job where you need to teach classes like me, recovering without overdoing it is really important, right~ I started teaching again from the 3rd month after surgery, and the director clearly organized and explained which exercises I could and couldn’t do, so I truly had nothing to worry about! I had my breast surgery with Director Byun at ㅇㅇㄷ, and from the consultation through postoperative care, he explained everything I might be curious about and didn’t miss the parts that were truly necessary, so I felt I could trust him! Even after surgery, my recovery went smoothly without feeling anxious or lost! Oh, and after surgery, you really have to wear the compression bra properly… At first it felt so tight that I asked, “Do I really have to wear it?” lol The director said my breast tissue was still weak, so for the shape to settle nicely, it absolutely needed good support… so I held out and wore it diligently! The result? My breast shape came out really beautifully now~ Listening to the director was the perfect move!! Because of my job, I was always stressed about my figure, but this surgery boosted my confidence so much, and I’m so satisfied with the result that I truly think it was the right choice!
