I had double-line removal at ㅇㅍㅅㅌ on February 1, but the doctor in charge quit, so today, at the 6-month mark, I had a consultation with another doctor. They said it opens along the original line because of a skin margin of error? or something, but they say my eyes are not medically abnormal, so a refund is not possible... They say the surgery itself was done well, seriously;; lol They’re telling me to get AS, but I want to have it done at another hospital... If it doesn’t open along the newly incised line and opens along the original line, doesn’t that mean the eyes were not medically improved? Only the inner corner area of my left eye was successfully corrected with double-line removal, so it doesn’t match the shape of the rear line, and the shape looks strange. They absolutely refuse to give a refund no matter what, but they say it may be possible if I bring a medical opinion letter from a university hospital. My mom was talking to them, and the manager was like, well, it’s not like your eye won’t open, so it’s not medically wrong... They kept cutting my mom off mid-sentence and only said what they wanted to say. During the consultation, they didn’t even look at my eyes for 3 seconds... They just kept spouting what they wanted to say. This is a hospital with not even 1 ounce of conscience.
